TPS Academy offers a part-time, immersive Project Scheduling Course that equips students with the necessary skills to become proficient project schedulers. The course is designed to teach students how to plan and execute successful projects by covering key project management concepts such as defining project scope, setting timelines, identifying milestones, and managing risks. The course covers a wide range of topics, including SDLC, IPEC, WBS, DCMA, Dependencies, and Descoping.
Throughout the program, students work on a series of real-world projects, individually and in teams, to apply their technical and project management skills in a practical context and showcase their abilities to potential employers. Apart from technical skills, the course also emphasizes the importance of the project management office and cross-collaboration between teams and subject matter experts. Optional career preparation services include coaching, networking, and resume support to help students transition into project scheduling jobs.
